SALARY AND BENEFITS:
This company operates in 2 modes either fixed salary or Commission.
FIXED SALARY BENEFITS :
Monthly Salary - 15,000 to 20,000 Rs PM
( with fixed basic and daily allowances )
Commission basis:
Percentage of collection will be provided as a salary and based on the driver capability you can earn as much as possible,
Currently one of our driver earns 22,000 Per month on an average in the on going commission basis where he will be paid on percentage of revenue he generate on a daily basis.
